To schedule open lab hours, simply go to the scheduling page using the link below, locate the day of the week you wish to schedule, click on Open Lab Hours, and complete the short scheduling form. Before using the scheduler, make If sure that you will be able to keep your hours for the entire semester. Although you can schedule your hours for multiple weeks using the re-occurring event option, all changes or cancellations must be done one week by week, one at a time.

If you need to change or cancel your scheduled hours, simply click on the "R" that appears in the colored block representing your scheduled time and then make the necessary changes on your scheduling form. If you do make a change, make sure you make the change for the entire semester (week by week).
